No unauthorized guests are permitted. 3. No smoking of any kind inside the home ($500 smoking fee in effect). 4. Check-In: 3:00PM & Check-Out: 10:00AM (Self check-in is available). 5. Government-issued ID required before booking is confirmed. 6. Public intoxication is not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation without refund. NOTE : A refundable security deposit of $400 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is collected at the time of guest completing pre-check-in verification and will be held on your payment method for the duration of your stay. We provide a Damage Waiver option. This waiver covers reported incidental damage to the property during your stay, ensuring that minor mishaps don't disrupt your visit or your finances. Waiver Fee: A non-refundable of $75 per night is applied to your stay. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the space comfortable for all guests! Complimentary Starter Supplies We provide a complimentary starter set of essentials, including toiletries and household supplies, designed to last for approximately one week.
