The monitor only measures levels of noise and is not an audio recording device. ✦There will be no parties allowed. ✦Registered guests only are permitted on the property. No unauthorized visitors. ✦No smoking inside the house. A $500 charge will be enforced if traces of smoking are detected. ✦Check in is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. Self check-in is provided for your convenience. ✦We need to see a government-issued ID to verify your reservation. ✦We do not allow public intoxication and this can cause cancellation without refund. Thanks for assisting us in keeping our space clean, quiet, and comfortable for everyone. NOTE : A refundable security deposit of $400 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is collected at the time of guest completing pre-check-in verification and will be held on your payment method for the duration of your stay. We provide a Damage Waiver option.
