The space - 65” Smart TV (equipped with Apple TV) - High Speed Wi-Fi - Free Washer and Dryer - Free Parking for 3 vehicles - Fully equipped kitchen (including pots, pans, utensils set, dinnerware, cutlery and kettle) - Fully stocked bathroom (including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fresh linens/towels) - A kettle with complimentary tea We provide a secure and seamless check-in process via a Number Pad using a code created specifically for you. Guests also have access to a full, private backyard perfect for activities with family, friends and pets! None of the above is shared with anyone but the guest. Guest access 1. No parties are permitted. (Noise detectors and cameras in place) 2. No unauthorized guests are permitted. 3. No smoking of any kind inside the home ($500 smoking fee in effect). 4. Check-In: 3:00PM & Check-Out: 10:00AM (Self Check-In Anytime). If guests fail to checkout at 10am (unless otherwise agreed upon), charges for waiting time of housekeepers will be passed on to guests which is $50 after 11:00am. Please note there are cameras on the exterior of the home facing away from the home that are actively recording 24/7. There are noise detectors on site which monitor how loud the home is but does not record audio. Please note all guests agree to using equipment at their own risk.
