Located 2 minutes away from University Plaza (including Lazeez, Shinwa, Mel’s etc.) and 7 minutes from Uptown Waterloo, my place includes: - High Speed Wi-Fi - 42” TV (in living room) - 32" TV (in bedroom) - Washer and Dryer Ensuite - Fully equipped kitchen including all essentials (stove, fridge, dishwasher and microwave) -Floor to ceiling windows - Two Double Sized Beds - Paid parking is available Other things to note: 1. No parties are permitted. 2. No unauthorized guests are permitted. 3. No smoking of any kind inside the home. 4. 1. No parties are permitted. Parties will result in immediate evictions. 2. No smoking of any kind inside the home. Any kind of smoking in the home will result in a $500 smoking fee and immediate eviction. 3. $100 Fee for Lost or broken key fob 4. Check-In: 3:00PM & Check-Out: 10:00AM 5. Please note only a week’s worth of supplies are provided regardless of the length of stay. 6. Government-issued ID required before booking is confirmed. 7. Public intoxication is not allowed and may result in immediate cancellation without refund. NOTE : A refundable security deposit of $250 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is collected at the time of guest completing pre-check-in verification and will be held on your payment method for the duration of your stay. We provide a Damage Waiver option. This waiver covers reported incidental damage to the property during your stay, ensuring that minor mishaps don't disrupt your visit or your finances. Waiver Fee: A non-refundable of $35 per night is applied to your stay. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the space comfortable for all guests!

The place was just as advertised. Very clean and cosy. Plenty storage space. The building was constantly being cleaned and we loved the gym. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay there again.
